Victoria Reiser, Operations Manager
Victoria Reiser serves as Operations Manager for the National Stewardship Action Council (NSAC), where she oversees organizational operations, financial management, membership engagement, and project implementation. Since joining NSAC in 2022, Victoria has advanced from Associate to Operations Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative in supporting the organization’s mission to advance the circular economy and responsible materials management.
In her role, Victoria manages financial reporting, grant execution, and board administration for both NSAC and its sister organization, the Stewardship Action Foundation. She has successfully led multiple grant projects, strengthening partnerships and advancing statewide sustainability goals. She also supports legislative advocacy efforts through policy research, coalition coordination, and public education campaigns that amplify NSAC’s impact.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability with an emphasis on sustainable ecosystems and a minor in Project Management. Guided by her passion for environmental stewardship and equitable policy design, she is dedicated to developing solutions that preserve natural resources and build resilient communities for future generations.
