Who Should Join:

At NSAC, we believe effective policy should serve people, protect the planet, and strengthen transparent, free-market economies.

Our members come from across the value chain—united by a commitment to shaping smart, responsible solutions through EPR and circular policy

  • Producers, Brands & Trade/Industry Associations: Be part of crafting smart, effective EPR laws that support innovation, material recovery, and shared environmental responsibility. As producers take on more responsibility, NSAC ensures your voice contributes to fair policies that work—for people, the planet, and your long-term business goals.

  • Recyclers & Processors: Under EPR, producers fund system upgrades that reduce contamination and increase bale value. Well-designed policy = better business conditions for market-ready materials.

  • Haulers & PROs (Producer Responsibility Organizations): EPR dramatically expands recycling access and services, creating growth opportunities for logistics providers and implementation partners.

  • Local Governments & Communities: From marine flares to illegal vapes, cities and counties need support managing problematic waste and offsetting costs passed onto taxpayers and ratepayers. NSAC advocates for equitable, producer-funded solutions.

  • NGOs, Nonprofits, Associations, Stewardship Organizations & Academic Leaders: NSAC welcomes collaborative partnerships that amplify education, advocacy, and frontline impact.
