As sponsors of SB 726 in California, a bill that would allow for the reuse of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) that is currently not allowed statewide due to restrictions by some local Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA), NSAC will gather industry experts to share how HHW reuse can be expanded and better tracked while removing barriers to implementation.
