On August 26, 2026 the Stewardship Action Foundation (SAF) and National Stewardship Action Council (NSAC) hosted a public webinar with Rumpke, PureCycle and IPL Schoeller exploring how the dissolution process fits within the circular economy and how recycled feedstock moves from collection to recycled pellets to new products and packaging.
 
The conversation traced the journey of recycled feedstock from collection and material recovery through the dissolution process, traceability, recycled content verification and manufacturing, while examining the role these systems can play in supporting domestic end markets and advancing circularity.
 
As demand for recycled content continues to grow, manufacturers, brands, policymakers and recyclers are exploring new ways to recover valuable materials and return them to productive use.
