The National Stewardship Action Council (NSAC) is honored to welcome the Carton Council as our newest member!

The Carton Council is a coalition of carton manufacturers working to expand access to carton recycling and build robust end markets for recycled materials. Their leadership has helped drive measurable progress in recovery—aligning with NSAC’s mission to advance a circular economy through policy, partnerships, and innovation.

One powerful example of this progress: a new facility in California will soon begin turning recycled food and beverage cartons into sustainable building materials. This is a major step forward in keeping valuable materials out of landfills and incinerators, and it demonstrates the real-world impact of collaboration between industry, recyclers, and policymakers.

At NSAC, we bring together companies, nonprofits, and government leaders to support smart, actionable policies that reduce waste and strengthen circular systems. The Carton Council’s proven track record in driving both infrastructure improvements and policy advocacy make them a natural fit for membership.

We’re proud to work with a diverse group of members—companies, nonprofits, and local governments—who are committed to advancing scalable, systems-level solutions that protect public health, the environment, and the economy. Organizational membership starts at just $1,000 annually. Join us and be part of the movement shaping a more circular and sustainable future.
